So good to have most of the girls there today! Felt just like old times! We ran ridgeline and a solid pace that actually kind of hurt but watching alberts hair made it all worth it 🤷‍♀️

It was a red hair bow day... only three miles cuz we were SUPPOSED to play capture the flag but everyone bailed... sorry guys 🤷‍♀️😩 courtney says Seattle wierd and we learned we're not running buckhorn ranch which is sad cuz we love the pictures that came from that place 😪

Courtney said we'd be doing 4 today but this is just how courtney works 🤷‍♀️...Jeremy came and I wish we would've raced him but he was heading to a meeting anyway. We ran Charlie Brown and cruised down! The fearless 4 weren't there (that was wierd) but the pace was awesome

Our Break is over! First day of summer practice was today and it was so fun to meet all the new girls (and boys) can't wait to see how many stick with it ;) Haven't done abs in forever but had to lead them today.... lol yikes

Wooohooo! State! Woke up feeling pretty good, but as the race got closer nerves started kicking in. Felt ok with placement and everything, and I Pr'd too so overall it was good. S/O to the people handing out the chocolate milk, to Courtney for the honey, to Madi for believing that Manda and I were going to get her disqualified.

WOOoohoo got a fast running blog! Today was a good workout with Amanda pushing the pace (as usual) workout was 4,3,2,4,3,2. Apparently I need to work on my arms :/ Praise the heavens Madi didn't feel like pushing today. Molen didn't give us the chocolate milk key :( but if anyone wants some chocolate milk amanda has some reallllyyyyyy "bad for you" kind in her fridge....
